How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be dispatched from Southbank, Melbourne within two working days.
Once dispatched, delivery times differ dependent on shipping carrier and region.

How can I track my order?
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.
Do you ship to international countries?
Yes, we do ship to international countries. The list of locations that we ship to can be accessed in the drop down menu at checkout.
Do you pay duties and taxes for international orders?
Duties and tax thresholds change from country to country, as well as the costs involved. This unfortunately means we cannot pay for these upfront. Your local customs office should be able to provide you with more information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What’s your returns and exchanges policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if a refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If approved for an exchange, you’ll receive notification and tracking information once the replacement item has been shipped.

What if my item is damaged, faulty, or simply not the item I ordered?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.
